Hi there!

We are Laba International Group. We are changing online education by creating live courses with "big name" industry leaders from companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Nike. Over the past 7 years, we have grown from a startup into an international EdTech company with branches in Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Turkey, the USA, and the Czech Republic. Our ambitious goal is to keep expanding, set up our projects in more than 10 countries, and eventually become an EdTech unicorn!

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join Laba Poland, who will help us find the best lecturers for our courses.

Let's take a closer look at what you will do:

  • collaborate with the Production team, and work with briefs and hiring cards to identify the requirements for each new opening
  • develop sourcing strategies to hire instructors for the new courses by using LinkedIn, social media, and other sources
  • interview potential lecturers and evaluate their skills, motivation, and a fit
  • organize effective communication: provide feedback, analyze recruitment pipelines, and offer new methods


We are a perfect match if:

  • your Polish is native and your English is upper-intermediate (you will be in touch with our HQ team)
  • you have experience in sourcing and/or recruiting at least for 1 year and a strong desire to grasp everything quickly
  • you know how to find common ground with everyone on the team
  • you have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • analytical mindset is one of your biggest strengths
  • you are good at negotiating and know how to defend your point of view while taking other opinions into account
  • you want to broaden your horizons and immerse yourself in the specifics of a variety of EdTech courses
  • you are result-oriented and focus on achieving the goal
